There is no guarantee even if the function is listed that it still isn't Hit or Miss when tried.  .The chances are slim to none that any forum users on here within a 24 hour period have coded headlight modules on a 2019 Audi A5. I am not sure an IM608 Pro offers the same Programming and coding capability level  as the MS 908 SP MS908Elite , since the IM608 strong suite is it's ability to program Higher security  keys. The IM608 Pro just has the newer XP400 Pro key programmer that adds more key chip capability than the original IM608 original XP400 programmer. The Pro does not mean it also has BMW, Mercedes Programming and or has the same advanced coding level for VAG vehicles as the MS908SP and MS908E,  Check coverage below.
